Cooking
In boiling salted water lay the bags with rice. I chose the rice amber company "Mistral"
Blanch spinach, drain and mix with grated zest and garlic, cut into slices.
Boneless pork, split into 2 schnitzels. Lightly beat off and fry in well heated vegetable oil until Golden brown ( 2-4 minutes) on each side.
