Cut the meat into pieces, add the mustard, herbs (I have the greens chopped in blender), salt and pepper.

Onion cut into half rings, add to meat, mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.

While the meat is marinating, you can boil the beets. Slice the beets and carrots cubes and Apple cubes.

In a saucepan heat the oil, put the meat and close the lid (leave onions). The meat will be juicy. Simmer on medium heat until the liquid evaporates. It took me about 15 minutes (depends on how you cut the meat, my slices are quite large). Meat should be polugodovymi at this stage.

The meat is slightly cooked, add 1 Cup hot meat or vegetable broth.
