Cooking
For cooking meat we'll need - pork chops, red onion, Italian herbs mix, pickled ginger and sauce to wok.
Onion cut into half rings and disassemble. In a deep bowl put the meat, pour the sauce over the wok, add the onion, Italian herbs, ginger. Mix everything and put under the press for 1-2 hours.
To cook meat on the grill, occasionally basting with lemon juice.
Ready meat should remain juicy on the inside, but have a crispy sweet crust.
