Chicken with curry and raisins
Recipes with chicken, of course, a dime a dozen, but hopefully this will be useful to someone. The chicken turns out tender, moderately spicy, pleasant sour-sweet sauce with a sort of Oriental touch. Well, prepared quickly, which is also a plus.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    500 г

  • Curry

    1 ст. л.

  • Ginger

  • Sugar

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Yogurt

    250 мл

  • Raisins

    1/3 стак.

  • Water

    200 мл

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

Chop the chicken flesh is very small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the onion, and grate a piece of fresh ginger 2 cm in length (this is to taste, of course).

Mix curry, sugar and salt to taste.

Add to the chicken mixture with curry, onions and ginger. Cover and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Boil the washed raisins in 200 ml of water on low heat. Yogurt (I have once again successfully replaced the yogurt fermented baked milk) mixed with flour.

Pour in the fried meat yogurt with the flour...

... and raisins with the broth.

Stirring constantly, bring to boil until the sauce slightly thickens. Here's an interesting mustard color gives curry.

Everything is ready. On the side best suited to the rice – I had brown. But this is at your discretion. Try it, it's really tasty!
