Cooking
I used white beans Blanche from the Mistral. It needs to be soaked, and then boil until fully cooked. Chicken leg quarters rubbed with salt and fry until Golden. Onion, garlic crush with a knife.
Heat vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic. Then add the raisins and nuts. The number of raisins and nuts can be adjusted to your liking. Add honey, sherry (I had to replace a dry wine), sweet chili sauce, ground black pepper and salt, and heat a few minutes on low heat.
Then pour the broth or water, stir, try, and if needed adjust the salt. Give writing a rolling boil for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce in a baking dish, put into it a chicken drumstick. Put the form in a preheated 180°C oven and bake for 30 minutes. While the chicken bakes, cut tomatoes in cubes and mix with the boiled beans.
Remove from the oven, spread the beans with the tomatoes, gently to distribute and return the form in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with greens. Bon appetit!
