Cooking
Slice the eggplant slices with a thickness of 1 cm.
Salt, pepper to taste and stir. Pour the butter and also stir.
Slice the tomatoes.
Grate cheese.
Squeeze the garlic mayonnaise, mix well.
On a baking sheet spread eggplant and mayonnaise.
Put the slices of tomatoes and cheese hill.
Bake in the oven at t-180° for about 30 minutes.
