Cooking
Legs slightly add salt and fry in 1 spoon of vegetable oil for 10 minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other. Over medium heat to form a Golden crust.
Vegetables cut into long slices, carrots, onions – half rings, julienne peppers and garlic slices.
Vegetables fry directly in a pan with 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then to the vegetables add turmeric, fry for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the rice, washed and dried, fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt, fill with water to 400 grams 650 grams of water. Spread on top of roasted chicken thighs, cover and cook on medium heat for exactly 12 minutes. Turn off and leave for another 8-10 minutes "walk" under the hood. Well, that's all. Bon appetit!
