Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Tomato

  • Puree tomato

  • Black pepper

Wash and clean beans.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Chop rest of the vegetables.

In a saucepan heat the oil on medium heat lightly fry the onion. Add the carrots, peppers, 2-3 minutes to extinguish. Pour blended tomatoes and tomato puree, spices. Saute 5 min.

Add the potatoes, beans.

Pour the water enough to lightly coat the vegetables.

Simmer with the lid on. Try beans after 40 minutes, once you feel the beans are almost done, just slide the lid and continue to simmer for another 15 min. Thus evaporated the excess liquid.
