Sausages on skewers
Sausages on skewers of two kinds of poultry - chicken and goose. Delicious, juicy and flavorful dish! Try it!)

  • Chicken breast

  • Soy sauce

    6 ст. л.

  • Paprika sweet

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Coriander

    1/2 ч. л.

Goose breast, cut into pieces.

Chicken breast cut into pieces.

Put in a deep Cup of both types of meat. Add minced onion, salt and spices.

Add the sauce - marinade "Teriyaki" TM "Kikkoman ".

Well-kneaded mass. Leave for 1 to 1.5 hours in the fridge.

After 1.5 hours, take out the bowl of stuffing from the refrigerator. Cut pieces of foil in a rectangular shape. On the foil put 2 tbsp of cooked minced meat, shape the sausages.

Close the sausage foil on the principle of wrapping candy. Do the same on the rest of the sausage. We put them on the grill.
