English meat pie
As a friend brought me from a trip cookbook English food. And I immediately began to study it, or rather to translate from English. Immediately my eyes fell on a meat pie, so it looked appetizing. And the very next day began to cook it.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Tomato

  • Greens

  • The dough is flaky yeast

  • Yolk egg

  • Milk

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions and carrots cut into half rings.

The meat is well put out and fry.

Add to the meat onions and carrots

Tomatoes peel and finely chop. Send to the meat

Simmer until the dish thickens and add parsley.

Form grease with oil, divide the dough into two parts (the second should be slightly smaller) roll out the dough. Ideally, the dish is served a La carte, in small forms, but I have so many forms not found in the country and I decided to make one large pie.

Spread the stuffing on top and cover with the second pastry sheet, sides pressed, coat with mixture of egg and milk.

Bake in a preheated 180* oven until the top cake is not browned. Pie serve warm. Bon appetit.
