Roasted kohlrabi breaded
Very tasty kohlrabi! Crunchy on top and moderately soft on the inside. Even the kids were eating with pleasure... the Taste of spices makes a spicy cabbage, try)

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

  • Spices

    1 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Cereal bread

    7 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    100 мл

The kohlrabi clean of leaves and rind. Cut into cubes.

To prepare a set of spices for pickling vegetables and mushrooms TM Forester. Perfectly selected composition of spices with sea salt, will make our cabbage spicy.

The kohlrabi cubes dipped in batter, then roll in rice Krispies. (I used the flakes for tempura)

Sauté kohlrabi in boiling oil until Golden brown.

Ready fried wedges of kohlrabi was first spread on a napkin to remove excess oil and then served to the table.
