Potato gratin with beans

Ingredients

  • Beans

Prepare the products.

Measure out the required amount of beans. Put in Cup, pour water and leave for 4-6 hours ( better to do it at night).

Swollen beans, rinse with water. Cook until tender, adding clean water. I cooked in the slow cooker.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Put in pan, add water and salt. Cook until tender. To make mash, adding warmed milk.

Finely chop the onion, garlic and herbs.

In a deep pan, pour vegetable oil ( 3 tbsp). Put the onion and garlic. Lightly fry. Then add the minced meat. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Salt. Add the boiled beans.

Then add the tomato paste. Stir and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil (1 tbsp).

In a greased form put half of the mashed potatoes, then the bean-meat filling, sprinkle with chopped greens. On top of the filling, spread the second half of the mashed potatoes.

Grate cheese. In a Cup break the egg. Add a pinch of salt and lightly beat with a fork. Then add half of the grated cheese and greens. Mix well.

Spread the egg-cheese mixture over potato layer. Flatten with a fork.

Put the casserole in a preheated oven. Bake for 25-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Hot casserole sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Serve, garnished with parsley.
