Casserole of broccoli in milk sauce with mozzarella
I don't really like broccoli, I always try when cooking, to ennoble it. This casserole broccoli combined with green onions is very in harmony with sauce and cheese. Also, instead of broccoli, you can put cauliflower or even mix them. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    500 г

  • Flour

  • Milk

Preheat the oven to 170 C. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and put the broccoli florets. Boil for 3 minutes, drain in a colander and immediately pour ice cold water (that the broccoli does not lose its colour). In a bowl, whisk milk, flour, then add the egg, salt, pepper and 1 Cup mozzarella. Add broccoli, chopped green onion, squeezed garlic and stir. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, top evenly sprinkle the second Cup of mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is lightly browned.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley to be served as a separate dish.
