Curry chicken in milk
Tender chicken breast, braised in milk with curry, prepared quickly and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 г

  • Onion

    2 шт

  • Milk

    1,5 стак.

  • Black pepper

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Curry

    1,5 ч. л.

  • Garlic

    3 зуб.

Onions to chop half rings and throw on a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry for 5 min.

After five minutes add diced chicken breast. Fry on medium heat 15 min.

Add salt, pepper and curry. I ingredients find an approximate proportion. But I think it's a matter of taste. Fry for another 5 min.

Sprinkle chicken tablespoon with slide flour and stir fry for another 3 min.

Pour in the milk, trying to taste for salt and pepper, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally as the sauce with the flour may burn.

At the end of the stewing pour the finely chopped garlic, simmer 2 minutes and switch off.
