Rice, baked with vegetables
An easy recipe that will not take much time. As not lean supplements to this dish, I propose to make beef Stroganoff. It turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

  • Sour cream

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Boil the rice until almost cooked, as indicated on the package, but not to digest!

Onion peeled, washed and cut into thin half-rings. In a pan heat vegetable oil and onion, sprinkle with sugar and caramelizing.

Vegetables wash, clean. Pepper cut into strips, carrot sticks, tomatoes quartered.

Rice mixed with caramelized onions and carrots, season with salt.

Form for baking grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil and spread Fig. Pour in the water.

On top of the rice spread the prepared vegetables, sprinkle with oil and bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 30 minutes.

To not lean supplements: beef cut into thin strips. In a pan heat vegetable oil and quickly fry the beef. Add sour cream, cucumbers, thinly sliced, salt and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Put the rice with vegetables on the plate, sprinkle with herbs. For the fasting person not to serve with beef Stroganoff. Bon appetit!
