Croquettes of rice
Very interesting, soft and juicy stuffing recipe. Croquettes can be submitted as a snack and as a hot. Your guests and family will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    200 г

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Figure

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Turmeric

    1 ст. л.

  • Cheese sausage

    50 г

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 ч. л.

  • Coriander

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Rice fill with water so that the water covered it on 3 fingers. Boil until tender (better to digest), drain the liquid, but do not wash. Add salt and turmeric. Leave to cool.

Onion cut into cubes. Carrots grate on medium grater. Saute in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Minced meat with spices fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Minced meat combine with passerovannym vegetables and cheese grated on a medium grater.

In a blender make a paste of all the above.

From rice make a flat cake, in the center spread the paste and form a ball.

Bulb dip in egg beaten with a pinch of salt.

Then coat in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in a large amount of hot oil until Golden brown.

The finished croquettes spread on paper napkin to remove excess fat.
