Cabbage casserole with rice
Cabbage is a versatile vegetable - delicious, healthy, and also available. Already sell the young sprouts, so I suggest to try and cook this casserole. ( You can prepare this casserole with any meat.)

Prepare the products.

Measure, wash and cook until cooked rice. Cool.

Wash and chop the vegetables and goose breast.

Goose breast, cabbage, carrots and onion mince. Cut the mushrooms and greens. Gently squeeze the cabbage.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the onion, carrots and mushrooms.

Working in a Cup put the minced meat, the chopped herbs and boiled rice. Add salt and ground pepper. Mix well.

In a deep form put layers : cabbage, minced meat with rice, sauteed mushrooms, a little grated cheese, minced meat with rice, cabbage.

In a Cup break 2 eggs, add the cream and chopped dill. Salt. Whisk.

Pour this mixture casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Close foil. Bake 45-55 minutes at 150-170 degrees.

For 10-15 minutes before baking remove the foil so that the top of the casserole browned.
