Potato gratin with minced meat
Very hearty and delicious recipe for the whole family

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Sour cream

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Milk

First boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Recline in a colander, in a saucepan heat the milk with butter, pour back the potatoes, add eggs and make puree.

While puree is cooling, heat the pan with sunflower oil, spread the minced meat, salt, pepper to taste, fry.

Remove the stuffing. In the same pan fry chopped onions and grated carrots.

Mushrooms (I have frozen) cut into plates, fry, add salt.

The form (or baking tray like me) grease with butter.

Spread half of the puree even out.

Further spread layers: -ground beef

Lubricated sour cream, spread sliced tomatoes mugs and sprinkle with chopped greens.
