1. The bags of rice in a pot with boiling, salted water and cook according to the instructions on the package.

2. Onions cut into arbitrarily. Chili pepper finely chop. Garlic cut into small dice. In skillet, heat oil, fry onions till light Golden brown.

3. To the onion put chicken (can be whole, can strips). Add the tomatoes, chilli and garlic. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Packets of rice to take out, to drain the water, cut open, pour the rice on a plate. On top lay the chicken pieces, cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with walnuts and cilantro leaves. Bon appetit!
