Cooking
In a frying pan in a small amount of oil to fry chopped onions until light brown colour.
Add rice, stir fry a few seconds until it becomes transparent.
Pour a little broth and wine (the liquid should be at the level of the rice), with constant stirring to evaporate all the liquid and again add some wine and broth until cooked rice. I did it 5-6 times.
Cooked rice remove from heat, add 1 tsp sour cream, salt (if broth is unsalted) and pepper, mix well.
