Lemon rice with cashews
Indian cuisine is rich with meatless dishes. Due to the spices, you can achieve really amazing taste. In this recipe, I think, is not the optimal combination. Nepahannoe, so to speak, a field for experiments.

  • Turmeric

  • Vegetable oil

A Cup of rice wash, pour two cups of water, bring to a boil, diminish the fire, cover and cook until soft (8 minutes)

In a pan heat the oil and fry the cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili pepper, cashews (2 minutes)

Spread the nuts, the rice, salt and pour a glass of boiling water. Cover with a lid and on small fire boil until tender (8 minutes) the zest from half the lemon, add in rice, sprinkle it with lemon juice squeezed.
