From the magazine "Bread and Salt" - a dish in 20 minutes. Chicken breast with vegetables wok.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Mustard

  • Sweet pepper

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 шт

  • Ginger

    30 г

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Lemon

    0.5 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Sesame

Cooking

Mix the juice of half a lemon, salt, mustard and black pepper. Coat with a mixture of chicken Breasts on all sides.

Sweet pepper peel and cut into strips. Celery also cut into strips. Ginger to grind.

Preheat wok with olive oil and quickly fry the Breasts (for 4 minutes each side). Add ginger and cook, shaking the wok for 1 more minute. Add remaining vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, for another 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce. Feeding on the table, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
