Chicken with prunes
Tender chicken meat with the aroma of light smoked.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Onion

Carve a chicken.

Heated cauldron (or other dishes, I love cooking meat in a cauldron). Pour the sunflower oil.

When the oil is hot, place the chicken. Fry and evaporate the moisture that is produced when roasting meat.

As browned meat, add onion cut into half rings and fry until Golden color.

Then add some carrots, cut into sticks. Fry with meat and onion.

When everything is fried add the overlay: curry, the Vegeta.All carefully mix and add some prunes (washed and pitted)

Sauté a little and add water. Who like more spices can add the Bay leaf and allspice.I put pepper and Bay leaf, sometimes adding a seasoning "mixture of peppers". But a little, since a lot of seasoning can drown out the taste.

When the meat is ready add the sour cream mixed with flour.Flour is needed in order to make a sauce.Sour cream pour in slowly, stirring all the time (the lumps). Bring to a boil, and Bon APPETIT!
