Description

Fish in garlic-pepper-lemon sauce
Good in hot or cold for lunch or as a savoury snack. The sauce is the same as the chicken, actually it's the basis of many dishes of the Syrian cuisine . Used in several variations by removing some components get a new taste.

Fish clean, wash. Peel garlic and crush with salt and cilantro, add pepper and mix thoroughly.

Put in the butter, mix, pour in the juice of one lemon into the water and stir.
