Cooking
Cook the rice until soft.
Fry chopped into small pieces a fillet.
In the same oil slightly fry grated carrots and finely chopped peppers. Combine with rice, add grated cheese and chopped garlic. All this salt, sprinkle with spices and stir.
Carefully cut away the sides of a pineapple. This will cap our capacity.
Even more carefully cut out pineapple pulp, so as not to scrape our capacity. It is advisable to wall about 1 cm.
Part of the pineapple we eat, and about 1/3 cut into small pieces, add to the stuffing. There also put chopped parsley. Finally stir.
Spread the pineapple stuffing, cover with a lid and put into oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Extracted, open the lid, inhale the aroma of fresh pineapple and... start to the meal!
