Braised chicken with olives and beans
Wonderful dish - with bright, rich flavors and aromas! Very tasty. And don't rule out the raisins, it's a perfect fit here.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Broth

    200 мл

  • Water

    200 мл

  • Dry white wine

    200 мл

  • Thyme

  • Green olives

    80 г

  • Beans

    100 г

  • Raisins

    1 горст.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

Thighs wash, dry, fry in hot oil until Golden brown.

Roasted the ham, transfer to a large baking dish.

In the same pan fry the onions and carrots, diced. The onions should be soft.

Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Pour into the pan broth, water and wine, add salt and bring to a boil over high heat.

Cover the form with a lid or tighten with foil and place in a preheated 200° oven for 40 minutes.
