Stirfry chicken with zucchini
Quick to prepare, very tasty dish based on Chinese cuisine. This cooking technique allows to preserve the taste and vitamins of the vegetables, fillet it turns out juicy and tender. A recipe from "Tasty unit". Thanks for this app!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 г

  • Zucchini

    1 шт

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Chili

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Ginger

    1 шт

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Brown sugar

    1,5 ст. л.

  • Starch

    1 ст. л.

  • Green onions

    2 веточ.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Vinegar

    1 ч. л.

Cooking

Fillet wash, dry, cut into strips. Mix with starch.

Peppers (both kinds) and zucchini wash, dry, cut into strips.

Ginger and garlic peel, chop.

In a wok pour oil and fry batches of chicken. Roasted fillet then place in a bowl.

Put in the wok ginger and garlic. Fry stirring for 30 seconds.

Add the pepper with the zucchini. Fry stirring for 5 minutes.

Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.

Return to the wok the chicken, pour the prepared sauce, heat all together for 2 minutes and serve.

Green onions wash, dry, finely chop. When serving, sprinkle with green onions stirfry. Bon appetit!
