Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Pepper

  • Minced meat

    500 г

  • Soy sauce

    5 ст. л.

  • Dutch cheese

    150 г

  • Vegetable oil

    4 ст. л.

  • Greens

    1/2 ч. л.

Cooking

Prepare the products. Wash and clean the vegetables.

Zucchini cut along the thin slices. Put in a Cup. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" (2 tbsp). Mix well and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Cut into dice onions.

Cut bell pepper.

On a grater grate the carrots.

Tomatoes peel and cut.

In a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add to the onions minced meat.

Stir. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add bell pepper and carrots.

Stir. Cook 5 -7 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes. Stir.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" (3 tbsp). Stir. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Let cool a bit.

In a deep form, put a few slices of zucchini.

Spread zucchini over the vegetable stuffing with the minced meat. Evenly distributed. If needed add salt to taste.

Cover with vegetable stuffing beef with the remaining slices of zucchini.

Cheese grate on a grater.

Sprinkle zucchini grated cheese. Put the form in preheated oven.

Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
