This dish can be both the first and second hot dish. Hearty and delicious, it is cooked very quickly. Thanks to dressing for the pickle we get rich spicy broth for a few minutes. Simple "peasant" food, but with fragrant homemade bread... mmm...

Cooking
Pour the chicken with hot water and put on fire. While the chicken is cooking, knead the dough from flour, eggs, kefir, salt. Add the finely chopped spinach, which you can put fresh or pripustit with a small amount of water until soft. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into several pieces, roll into cords and cut into dumplings about the size of 1x3 cm
When the chicken is ready, add to the broth Maggi dressing for the pickle and boil for another 5 minutes. Will make a wonderful broth with vegetables, greens and pickled cucumbers.
Dumplings can be boiled in the same pot, but it is better to cook them separately. In this case, the broth will be turbid from the flour. To download portions into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes after they emerge. Then put them in the broth and leave for 10 minutes.
When serving in a bowl put the chicken and dumplings, pour the broth and sprinkle with herbs.
