Fish tart with spinach
The site has a lot of fish cakes, but want to offer own variant of the open fish pie with tender fish and creamy taste, melting test and of course spinach (useful where without it!). Cold it more interesting, therefore, often take on a picnic as a snack (aperitif, so to speak, when the fire just kindled, and a want)! This time I added green peas, but it's not necessary, it is possible to do without it. As for fish here, too, the desire and opportunity! You can take any white (no bones), or red, or red and white. The result is always happy!

For the dough melt and cool butter. Separately, mix well the sour cream and yoghurt (my home) and enter into the oil.

Mix well, adding salt and sugar.

Gradually adding the sifted flour, knead a soft dough. Now it can roll into a ball, pack in foil and put it in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.

In the meantime, start filling. Fish boil, cool, remove bones, and to disassemble the pieces. Spinach I have frozen peas too. I have already said that the peas - on the fan (of course fresh is best). Onion and garlic finely chop.

In a pan with olive oil fry until transparent onion with garlic, add the peas. At this point, you can prisolit very soft and let the juice. There also sent for a couple of minutes the spinach, remove from heat, allow to cool.

Put all in a plate, add our fish, coarsely grated mozzarella cheese (you can take the sheep cheese - then salt already added), sprinkle with salt and pepper our filling to taste.

Prepare the sauce (you can already turn the oven on 180 deg.). For this mix the cream ( I cream fat marketplace) with milk and butter, add eggs alternately. Continue whisking the whole mass before acquiring her ease and splendor.

Take out of the refrigerator the dough. Form brush with olive oil and dough thickness of about 2 mm.

Put on the dough our filling, level the top and pour the filling, sprinkle with ground nutmeg.

Bake at 180 deg. 25 minutes. If the top is heavily browned, you can cover it with foil, but not tightly.

Take out the pie from the oven and allow to cool. As for me, the better taste it gets after full cooling (but I prefer the fish cold).
