Cooking
Onions (1 pieces) cut into half rings, garlic (1 tooth.) chopped.
Buckwheat boil until tender. I took buckwheat TM Mistral.
Fry the onion and garlic with oil.
Add the chanterelles and fry.
In the bowl of a blender put carrots, onion, garlic, pepper.
Grind, add salt, then fry in a pan with oil.
Mix buckwheat with chanterelles.
Pour vegetable sauce and serve.
