Rice casserole with cabbage balls
What could be more delicious cabbage from the garden??? Offer to cook rice casserole with meat-cabbage balls in the egg-sour cream filling.

Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil.

Cabbage finely chop.

Mix mince, half a pack of boiled rice, cabbage and onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll into small balls and put in a greased form.
