Recently bought a grill pan, I decided to update it. On the street the rain, the camping trip was not possible. A fillet here it is, already pickled. Honestly, I put the recipe was not going and the toasting process is not photographed, but the fillets turned out so delicious and succulent that the final images had to do. Delicious both hot and cold. We last fillet was divided into Breakfast sandwiches.

Cooking
Garlic peel, finely chopped.
Cilantro wash, dry, chop.
Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, granulated sugar until dissolved last. Add cilantro and garlic. Mix well.
Put chicken and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat the grill pan, put the fillets and fry for 5 minutes on both sides. Serve fillet with vegetable salad.
