Good! Spread your favorite chicken fried in my "original" recipe. Possible similarities, well, then I'm sorry, but my wife insisted. Perfectly suited to any garnish. Recipe for 10 people, so if a lot - divide everything by 2.

Cooking
The chicken boil for an hour and a half in salted water. We need easily separated the meat from the bones.
Everything else clean and wash.
Carrots, zucchini, onion, tomato (without skin) cut into small cubes. Herbs and garlic chop as fine as possible.
Carrots fry in sunflower oil for about 5 minutes (medium heat).
Add the onion, even 5 minutes all fry.
Add to roasting, finely chopped chicken flesh (I added the whole: and the breast, and legs, and skin). Fry for another 5 minutes (fire medium).
Add one ladle of chicken broth (from above take with fat). Another 5 minutes simmer.
Add the courgettes. Fry all (without a lid), stirring often, about 10 minutes.
Then chopped tomatoes. And cook for about 10 minutes (without a lid).
Add the greens with the garlic and fry for about 10 minutes. Everything is ready. Perfect for fried potatoes, rice, spaghetti, etc., etc.
