Pumpkin in coconut sauce with bulgur
A very tasty dish of Oriental cuisine. Easy and useful! Serve it like the picture, and you can mix with bulgur.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

  • Broth

  • Pumpkin

  • Coconut milk

  • Tomato paste

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Curry

    1 ч. л.

  • Turmeric

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Cilantro

    1/2 пуч.

Cooking

Salted broth, bring to boil, boil the bulgur until tender, according to package instructions (about 10 minutes).

Garlic and ginger RUB on a small grater, fry in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" for 2-3 minutes.

Pumpkin peeled, cut into cubes, add to the onions and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add curry, turmeric, salt, pepper mix, simmer 5 minutes.

... and chopped cilantro, cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender. On a plate spread the bulgur on top of the pumpkin in the sauce.
