Quinoa with zucchini and minced meat
A simple and delicious way to prepare quinoa with vegetables and meat. Quinoa - excellent source of whole protein, iron and calcium. The content of these substances ahead of buckwheat and many other grains. Adding to quinoa roasted vegetables, you will have a delicious vegetable dish or side dish. And with the addition of minced meat - not a hearty vegetable dish.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

1. Rinse quinoa and cook as you would any cereal. Pour the quinoa with water in the ratio 1:2. 0.5 Cup quinoa, 1 Cup of cold water. Bring to the boil, cover and cook on low heat until the complete disappearance of water.
