A simple and delicious way to prepare quinoa with vegetables and meat. Quinoa - excellent source of whole protein, iron and calcium. Cooking
1. Rinse quinoa and cook as you would any cereal. Pour the quinoa with water in the ratio 1:2. 0.5 Cup quinoa, 1 Cup of cold water. Bring to the boil, cover and cook on low heat until the complete disappearance of water.
2. Onions cut into half rings and fry in hot oil (1 tbsp) until transparent.
3. Add to the onions, shredded carrot and simmer 2-3 minutes.
4. To the vegetables, put the peeled from the skin and diced zucchini and shredded sweet pepper. Add 1-2 tbsp oil, salt, ground pepper, stir, cover and cook until tender zucchini.
5. To the cooked vegetables add quinoa, stir and heat over 2-3 minutes with the vegetables. Vegetable base! Divide vegetable dish into two parts.
6. The first part spread in a warmed dish and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Lean the dish is ready!
7. Cook meat Supplement. Put the minced meat into the heated oil (2 tbsp), add a seasoning for meat, pressed garlic, stir and cook to readiness of meat.
8. Then mix the minced meat with 1/2 part of the lean core, 1-2 minutes, warmed and spread into the dish.
