Roasted potatoes Italian style
Fried potatoes everyone loves. Offer some fun to the usual dish. Potatoes, fried together with several kinds of salad with a light citrus touch, and truly delicious. P. S. This dish is versatile. Instead of salad you can take spinach, celery leaves, arugula, watercress, sorrel, Basil or fennel.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Lettuce

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Lemon juice

    1 ч. л.

  • Orange juice

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into small cubes.

Salad blanshirovat for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain in a colander and let cool slightly.

Garlic peel and cut into thin plates.

Squeeze the juice of lemon and orange.

In a pan heat oil, add sliced and drained potatoes.

Potatoes fry on medium heat until light Golden brown.

Add the chopped garlic. When the garlic is slightly browned, add a salad. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally (or until potatoes get soft). Season with salt, pepper and lemon and orange juice, keep on high flame for another minute.
