Millet and cheese casserole with vegetables
Gentle casserole with mixed seasonal vegetables — a great country dinner. Solid benefits!

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

  • Cauliflower

  • Onion

  • Garlic

Cooking

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add salt. Mix with millet flakes and leave to swell for 15 minutes.

Cauliflower disassembled into small florets, blanch for 3-5 minutes. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion and greens finely chop, chop the garlic.

Eggs lightly beat with cottage cheese, add in millet-squash mixture. Then mix with the prepared vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste (I recommend adding a pinch of sugar).

Vegetable mixture spread in a greased form (I have the form size 22х30 cm) and bake for 20-30 minutes until density and crust formation. At the end of cooking you can sprinkle with cheese.
