Rice with red onions
Wild rice aquatics wild rike is perfectly combined with vegetables. I tried to cook red onion and carrot. Pleased with the fact that the wild rice contains large amounts of vitamins, nutrients and fiber.

Ingredients

  • Red onion

  • Butter

  • Soy sauce

  • Carrots

    1 ст. л.

Chop onions and fry in butter, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.

1 Cup water, soy sauce and wine vinegar bring to boil, stirring occasionally, until the onions acquire a pink color. Drain liquid into a separate container and add water to make 2.5 cups of broth. Bring the liquid to a boil in a saucepan,

You can add Basil, saffron and cook on low heat under lid for 30 minutes. Then add the onions and carrots, garlic, butter and cook for another 20 minutes.
