Cooking
On the side I took the wheat bags from the company Mistral.
To prepare the millet drop the bag in boiling, salted water, without opening it. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
While the millet is cooked, let's prepare vegetables. I had already chopped the vegetables into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix starch, water 4 tbsp, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil. Add vegetables, stir.
In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, fry 30 seconds then add the vegetables.
Fry for 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce, salt and on low heat, fry for 8 minutes.
