Cooking
Boil the rice. Mango peel and cut into strips.

Warm a grill pan, put on it the prepared fillets skin-side down and allow to fry about 5 minutes.
Flip fillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
All the ingredients for the sauce put in the blender. Garlic and chilli for convenience, you can cut into pieces.
Punching everything into a smooth paste.
In a suitable heat-resistant form, pour the resulting sauce. On him lay the breast skin side up, brush them with honey and sprinkle lightly with thyme. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 220 C.
