  • The pie

  • Dry white wine

Onions, carrots chop, as love.

Fry until zolotisty onions (with carrots) and add to a heated pan heart. (I do it in olive oil, but you can use sunflower oil) Fry for 5 minutes.

Now add the white wine and simmer 30-40 minutes over medium heat.

Do a minimal heat pour in the cream, add salt, pepper and stir for 2 minutes. After this, cover with a lid and allow the dish to rest for 10 minutes.
