Baked pumpkin chicken meatballs
Tender, baked chicken meatballs with roasted fennel will give You a heavenly delight and spicy pumpkin sauce will add an unusual flavor to this dish! The meatballs just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

Skip through the blender until a homogeneous lush mass.

Do the same thing with pumpkin, onions and bell peppers. Some cream can be diluted with water and razmazyvaem they loaf. Soaked the baton passed through the blender. From the remaining mashed pumpkin, prepare pumpkin sauce. Flour saute in olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add to the sauce, there also add a tablespoon of 10% cream, salt, black pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.

My fennel, cut off the tops. Cut in half lengthwise. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. The fruit is cut into slices.
