Cooking
We prepare our ingredients. The chicken will marinate in 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp rice vinegar while the chicken is marinating, cut the vegetables julienne (mushrooms arbitrarily), ginger, grate on a small grater.
Let's start. Fry chicken with ginger for 3 minutes.
Next, add the zucchini with the garlic and fry for another 5 minutes.
Next add the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes.
The last of the vegetables add the pepper, fry for another 3 minutes, then add the soy and oyster sauce and tormented for about 10 minutes.
While preparing chicken and vegetables, boil rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
The finishing touches. Spread the noodles on a plate, put our chicken with vegetables and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon appetit!
