Solyanka with marinated chicken wings
My version of the soup, quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    8 шт

  • Cabbage

    500 г

  • Potatoes

    4 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Tomato paste

    1 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

Preparation: 1. Cut wings into 3 parts at the sustavchikov (the tips of the wings I used);

2. Fry the wings for a stretch. oil (oil a bit!) until Golden brown and take out;

3. In the same oil where we fried the wings put the onions and carrots roughly chopped, and fry until Golden brown;

4. Now onions and carrots put layers: half of cabbage chopped (not very finely, and it will be porridge, potatoes (cut cubes), roasted wings, and again the rest of the cabbage. Do not disturb!

5. Tomato paste to dissolve, to avoid lumps, in a small quantity of water (50-100 ml), pour over the stew, cover and over low heat simmer, stirring 15 min. Then stir every 5 min., cook until ready. Bon appétit!
