Description
Based on the dishes of cod, wrapped in bacon and baked with vegetables, one recipe Jamie Oliver. Deviation is negligible. Instead of cod you can take another fish – for example, North river: whitefish, whitefish, broad whitefish. Or sea: haddock, redfish. The main thing – it is better suited to fish with a dense texture.

Cooking
With sprigs of rosemary to collect the leaves, stems we don't need.

Roll the cod fillets in the marinade, cut into pieces with a length of approximately 10 cm.
Wrap each strip of bacon.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
