Beef with caramelized grapes
I love meat with fruit, today I offer to cook beef with caramelized grapes.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 г

  • Onion

  • Honey

    1 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Broth

    500 мл

  • Grapes

    200 г

  • Butter

    25 г

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    3 ст. л.

Cooking

Peel the onion. cut at random. Meat wash, dry. In skillet, in hot oil fry the meat on both sides until Golden brown. Add the onion.

And cook stirring until onion is browned.

Add honey, soy sauce, mix well. Pour the broth or water and cook on slow fire under a cover until the meat is soft.

15 minutes before the meat is cooked in a frying pan heat the butter. Add the grapes, sprinkle with sugar, pour in the soy sauce. Stirring to cook a couple of minutes.

Grapes to shift to the meat, mix well.
