Liver with pumpkin, apples and buckwheat
This insanely delicious dish in the French style. Liver I apples and pumpkins emit such a fragrance that no one remains indifferent. And everything else is also prepared quickly and simply. I used black pepper, and pepper mixture. Chicken liver is optional. You can cut cubes of beef or veal liver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 г

  • Apple

  • Pumpkin

    200 г

  • Dry white wine

    30 мл

  • Cinnamon

    2 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Flour

    2 ст. л.

  • Buckwheat

    4 пакет.

Cooking

Chicken liver wash, dry, breaded in flour and fry in 1 tbsp of heated vegetable oil until almost cooked.

Remove from the pan onto a plate.

Prepare the vegetables and apples. Onion peel and cut into cubes. Clean the pumpkin from the skins and seeds and cut into cubes, apples into slices. In a pan add oil and onion and fry until it changes colour. Put the pumpkin and cook for 5 minutes, then add the apples and cinnamon.

Cook together all minutes. Pour the wine and evaporate.

Return the pan to the liver. Salt. Pepper. Cook 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Buckwheat boil in hot, salted water according to instructions on the package.

Serve the liver with boiled buckwheat. Bon appetit!
