Country omelette
As usual, at the cottage, no time for cooking delights. I'm trying to get in the fridge was always soup or borscht. In case you need it, warmed up, ate and fed. The same is prepared and side dishes-in proc. But get bored eating the same thing several times in a row. So once again, in the refrigerator lonely tormented spaghetti... in the garden ripe zucchini... a bit of pepper... And not to connect all together?

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

If the spaghetti is not ready, then boil, rinse and drain off water. Do not overcook them!!!

Onion peel, cut small cubes and fry in oil. Along the way, peel the squash from the skin, remove seeds if large, cut into cubes, add to the onions. Peppers also clean from seeds, cut to your taste. As to onion. (Sorry, these pictures disappeared somewhere..)

Eggs, beat with a mixer, add salt and pepper to taste. Finely cut greens-the same eggs. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.

To the sauteed vegetables add the spaghetti, stir them.

Pour the pasta-vegetable mixture and fry the omelette on both sides over moderate heat.

The finished omelet you can also sprinkle with herbs. You can eat hot, but then it does not hold shape and falls apart. And you can cool and serve cut into slices.
