Rice pudding, Asian-style
Delicate pudding in crispy batter with mushrooms in a spicy sauce. For a change, in one serving you can add chicken.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    5 ст. л.

  • Corn starch

    2 ч. л.

  • Water

  • Oyster mushrooms

    1 ст. л.

  • Garlic powder

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Honey

    1 ч. л.

  • Chicken fillet

    50 г

  • Water, carbonated

    50 мл

  • Corn starch

    2 ч. л.

  • Flour

    2 ст. л.

Rice from the Orient Mistral boil until cooked without salt and turn the blender.

Add in the rice, chopped peeled ginger, cilantro, and Chile without seeds. To put mass into silicone molds and clean up for an hour in the freezer.

Boiled oyster mushrooms and fillet dismantle the fibers.

Make a batter of sparkling water, starch and flour. While it set aside.

Mix in a saucepan or frying pan, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder. Heat and stir in the starch divorced in water. Boil for 1 minute and put in the sauce mushrooms.

After 1-2 minutes take out two-thirds of the mushrooms with part of the sauce. The remaining oyster mushrooms put chicken fillet. Heat another couple of minutes.

Remove the chilled pudding from the molds.

Dip them in batter and fry in deep fat.

Spread on one plate and mushrooms in sauce, on top of the pudding.

On another plate put the mushrooms with the chicken on top of the pudding.
